This paper empirically compares five implementations of the same plant-management app (native iOS and Android, Flutter, React Native, and Kotlin Multiplatform, yielding eight runtime variants) using 2,000 repeated runs per variant. Guided by ISO/IEC 25010, it measures client-operation timing, rendering wrappers, source footprint, and dependencies.
