Redis 7.2.17 is out with a security fix for a heap buffer overflow. The bug occurs when a PUBLISH or SPUBLISH message larger than 4GB is propagated over the cluster bus in cluster mode. Teams running Redis clusters on 7.2 should plan to upgrade.
