Load-lock is an open-source Node.js tool that gives parallel AI coding agents on one machine a shared counting semaphore for heavy work such as builds and test suites. Agents acquire a permit before running heavy jobs, queue FIFO when capacity is full, and keep doing light work meanwhile.
