OpenSSL 4.1.0 is out with DTLS 1.3 support for datagram connections, GREASE support per RFC 8701, faster ML-DSA and ML-KEM post-quantum algorithms, and a new IKEv2 key derivation function. Developers should note four known DTLS 1.3 bugs, which the project is fixing, and install Net::Curl::Easy before upgrading tsget.
