Summary
A GitHub issue reports that the claude-mem installer (v15.2.0 onward, including v15.5.0) opens a browser setup page that scans local histories from Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Antigravity and OpenCode, then uploads 30 days of prompts to cmem.ai. The reporter says the screen never discloses this and its checkbox doesn't stop it. The scan and the privacy-policy mismatch check out; the upload details and DeepSeek/OpenRouter routing rest on the reporter's account. Developers handling sensitive prompts may want to block cmem.ai first.
