3 judges. Scored by all three judges. Only the day’s top stories get the claim check. How far stories are checked

OAR (Open Agent Runtime) is a provider-independent TypeScript interface for coding-agent runtimes such as Claude, Codex, Grok and Pi, letting developers drive any of them through one API and one set of events. Options a runtime cannot honor are refused up front rather than silently dropped.

Read the original at github.com. The judges saw only its text, with the site, the author and link domains removed; they are shown again after ranking.

Why it ranked

No. 86 of 127 with a score of 0.60. The panel rated it highest on new information (0.92) and technical depth (0.86), lowest on significance (0.50). Placed No. 86, No. 76 by score alone: the 33rd AI & machine learning story of the day (−0.080). The placement terms move stories; they are not part of the score.

AI judgeJudge 2claude-haiku-5-5
A substantive, technically detailed release of a provider-independent agent runtime API with code examples; relevant to builders, though a new project with limited independent validation and some promotional tone.
AI judgeJudge 3gpt-5.6-luna
A technically detailed release introduces a provider-independent API, event model, controls, runtime adapters, subagents, recording, and CLI for coding-agent applications. It is actionable and well specified, though scope and adoption remain early.

Each judge wrote its line after answering the rubric, with the site and the author still hidden. Every answer behind this is in the table under Score.
