Summary
c15t, a cookie consent banner, now starts a returning visitor's already-approved third-party tags from the server, before the page hydrates, instead of waiting for the JavaScript bundle. On a Next.js benchmark the first tag started about 750 ms sooner, and the Meta and TikTok pixels loaded earlier too.
