Summary
ServeTheHome reports that NVIDIA's final Rubin GPU specs, posted in September, are below the preliminary figures: HBM4 bandwidth drops from 22TB/s to 19.2TB/s (about 11%), and NVLink from 3.6TB/s to 3.0TB/s, while scale-out networking rises from 400GB/s to 450GB/s. NVL72 racks follow, and HGX NVL8 also loses HBM4 capacity, from 2.3TB to 2.0TB. Compute ratings are unchanged. NVIDIA has given no reason; the memory-supply explanation is the author's inference. Most figures were not independently checked.
