Paneflow 0.19.0 now takes each agent's turn state solely from a status the agent writes into its own terminal via the OSC 7501 Program Status Protocol, published by Mitchell Hashimoto in October 2026. Claude Code (v2.1.295 and later) and Codex support it; agents that declare nothing show no state.
