Benchfmt.rs: Bringing Go's benchmarking and benchstat workflow to Rust

Benchfmt.rs is a zero-dependency Rust benchmark runner and Criterion/libtest converter that emits Go's benchstat-compatible format, adding /key=value sub-benchmark projections, per-op heap allocation tracking, and pprof profiling.
