NVIDIA CUDA 13.5 Brings NVIDIA Vera Rubin GA Support

Summary

NVIDIA's CUDA 13.5 moves Vera Rubin support to general availability and extends Windows on Arm to DGX Station. It adds finer GPU partitioning through locality domains and MPS v3 weighted timeslicing, multi-GPU communication inside CUDA Tile kernels, and a CUB batched Top-K aimed at LLM workloads. The post also lists cuBLAS and cuSPARSE speedups, such as up to 1.5x on B200 for FP64 symmetric updates. These figures are NVIDIA's own and come without sources, so teams should benchmark their workloads.
