LaLiga and Telefónica's TAD obtained a Barcelona commercial court ruling (December 2024) letting them ask Spanish ISPs, including Movistar, MásOrange, Vodafone and DIGI, to block IP addresses during matches. Because IPv4 addresses are shared by CDNs such as Cloudflare, legitimate sites can become unreachable.
