Chainalysis warns all users hit in cyber breach involving ‘agentic’ techniques

Blockchain analytics firm Chainalysis says a cyberattack exposed names, usernames, password hashes and live tokens for all its users, including law enforcement and national security clients. It has taken several products offline, cited an "on-path attack" and "offensive agentic techniques," and asked users to reset passwords.
