Call is being recorded – and broadcast to the internet

GroundUp reported that Open V, a Gqeberha IT firm, misconfigured a server that left about 9,000 audio files of customer telephone calls, many involving medical scheme queries for Edge Financial Group, publicly accessible online for roughly two months. The exposure also included databases, passwords and source code.
